WHAT COOKIES ARE AND WHAT CAN THEY BE USED FOR

SOCIAL NETWORKS

Third-party cookies are also the “social plug-ins” for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These are parts of the visited page generated directly by the aforementioned sites and integrated into the page of the host site. The most common use of social plugins is aimed at sharing content on social networks.

DURATION OF COOKIES

TITLE HOLDER OF DATA PROCESSING

PURPOSE

The processing is carried out to provide tourist information to anyone who contacts the site via e-mail or via contact or registration form and, if a relationship of some kind arises as a result of the information provided, the purpose is also to manage such relationship.

SUBJECTS

The Holder will not communicate the data to third parties. For more information, you can send a specific request to the data processing holder indicated above.

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis of the processing is both the legitimate interest of the data processing holder in providing information on the Authority and in the tourism sector, and any consequent contractual relationship.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic processing.

STORING

The data will be stored for the entire duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and/or provided, as listed above, and in any case if a contractual relationship arises, for no more than five years or in any case until the request for modification and / or cancellation by the interested parties when this is legitimate and does not conflict with the rights of equal value of the Holder of data processing. In any case, they will be kept for as long as the law requires them to be stored and within the limits of the statute of limitations terms relating to possible existing legal relationships or any connected future relationships.

RIGHTS OF INVOLVED PARTIES

The involved parties have the right on access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, treatment, portability, and the right to obtain updating or integration of personal data. The involved parties have the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment carried out before the revocation, provided that the revocation does not prejudice rights of equal value of the data processing Holder and the duties imposed on them by law.

These rights can be exercised by sending a written request to the data processing Holder.
